How to take bookings from Instagram and WhatsApp
Your customers already message you on Instagram and WhatsApp. What costs time is the back-and-forth until a time is agreed. With a booking link in those places, customers see your free times and book themselves.
First, a booking page
You need an address where customers can see your services, prices and free times, and book. In Agendator, every business has its own page, at agendator.online/your-business-name, ready once you set up your services, team and hours.
That is the link you share everywhere. Everything booked through it lands in the same agenda, next to the bookings you make by hand.
On Instagram: your bio and stories
Put your booking page link in your profile bio, with a line that says what to do, such as “Book here”. It is the first place a new customer looks for how to book.
In your stories, use the link sticker to the same page when you show your work or have free times that week, and save one of those stories to your highlights for people who arrive later.
When someone asks by message whether you have a slot, reply with the link: they see your free times and choose, without waiting for your answer.
On WhatsApp: profile, quick replies and away message
In WhatsApp Business, put the link in your profile's website field, and create a quick reply with it, so you can send it in two taps when someone asks for a time.
Add the link to your away message: anyone who writes outside your hours, or while you are with a customer, gets the way to book straight away instead of waiting.
On your website and on Google
If you have a website, you can put booking inside it: copy a short snippet of code from Agendator's panel into a page of your site, and booking opens there.
In your business profile on Google, add the link to your booking page, so people who find you on the map can book right away.
What changes in your day
You stop agreeing times by message: customers choose the service, the professional, the day and the time, at any hour of the day or night, and only see what is free. They get a confirmation and a reminder by email.
Your Instagram and WhatsApp messages are left for what really needs a conversation.
